Under prior association, Jeremy Sparrow served as Project Manager and Lead Designer for the development of Hardee Lane Park in Whispering Pines. Longitude Planning Group has since continued its partnership with the Village to provide enhancements to the master plan and ongoing design coordination.
The Village purchased a ±9-acre site with a vision for a new community park. Jeremy assisted in designing and development of a full master plan, including site layout, engineering coordination, and design development through construction drawings.

The Hardee Lane Park plan includes: An open-air pavilion and multi-purpose fields A connected trail network with seating and planting areas Spaces for a future community center Pickleball courts, playground, benches, and parking areas
Hardee Lane Park was approved by the Village Council in 2021 and updated in 2024, serving as a key recreation space for the community. The park reflects a balance between active and passive recreation, while maintaining the site’s natural setting.
