Longitude Planning Group was engaged to lead the master planning effort for GreyFox Outdoor’s future headquarters in Moore County, North Carolina. The goal was to design a cohesive and functional site plan that supports the company’s operational needs while reflecting its outdoor-focused brand identity. The master plan includes a ±9,000-square-foot facility with parking, stormwater management, and an outdoor display and play area.
LPG provided comprehensive planning services including project management, engineering coordination, site layout, permitting, and landscape design. The conceptual master plan integrates a balance of built and open space, with defined zones for sales, storage, and demonstration areas. Circulation and access points were designed to accommodate visitors, staff, and delivery traffic while maintaining clear sightlines and an inviting approach from U.S. Highway 1.

The plan incorporates a natural buffer of existing vegetation, a central turf display area, and dedicated spaces for product demonstration and client engagement. Functional elements—such as stormwater infrastructure, parking, and loading areas—are strategically positioned to support operations without detracting from the overall site experience.
